I am my own worst critic. I can easily name 50 shortcomings, physical flaws, weaknesses and fears. I can see dimples in my thighs when others see a brick house. I find a list of “should haves” where others see accomplishments. Yeah, I’m my own worst critic. I suspect I’m not alone.
